Director, Instructional Resources and Technology Services
Maxine Davis received her bachelor’s degree from Wartburg College and has worked for IRTS for 30 years and has been at UNI for 32 years. Her role as director is to support the mission of the IRTS, which is to provide UNI students, faculty and area educators with a facility in which to examine, evaluate and implement current curricular resources. She is responsible for the planning and coordinating of IRTS facilities, programs and services; identifying existing and projected needs in the facility; and developing and coordinating the preparation of informational resources for students and faculty in collaboration with the Rod Library. Maxine's favorite part about her role is that she gets to assist students who have entered into the teaching profession to impact student learning by giving them tools to succeed.
