What attracted you to UNI and the College of Education?

1) UNI focuses on preparing school teachers and administrators, which matches my research interests. 2) The College of Education at UNI has a very welcoming and respectful working environment. 3) Colleagues are knowledgeable, collaborative and friendly. 4) The College of Education has a strong leadership team that cares and supports faculty, staff, and students.

Describe an experience that reinforces why you enjoy what you do.  

My students have always been so engaged in class activities, creative, hardworking, and have provided valuable feedback to me. Teaching has been a great learning experience for me, which reinforces my passion for teaching.
