What attracted you to UNI and the College of Education?
I was one of those college students who was involved in everything! That experience naturally sparked my love for higher education and inspired me to pursue a career in the field after graduation. I believe teachers are the backbone of our communities, and I can’t wait to help shape and support their college journeys as they prepare to make an impact in the lives of future generations.

Describe an experience that reinforces why you enjoy what you do.
Anytime a student comes to me for help with something outside of my area of expertise simply because they know I’m willing to help, I’m reminded that I’m in the right field. I strive to be someone students can turn to, a go-to person who they know is always in their corner!
