Describe an experience that reinforces why you enjoy what you do. 
I've only just started in the College of Education, but my experience as a whole has been nothing short of wonderful. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and kind, and I have plenty of support as I learn and dive into my new role. My previous experience from the computer science department in budgeting, travel and purchasing has been celebrated, and I'm so happy that I can help!

What drove your interest in your discipline?
Initially, returning to UNI to help create a positive experience for our students was a major driving factor. With my graduate program, I'm looking to become a professor myself in the future, and I sincerely hope that I can bring my skills and experience at that time back to UNI again.
