What drove you to do what you toward your selected discipline?
When I was a brand-new teacher, I struggled with the transition. There were pockets of support available, but a lot was lacking at that time. It was that experience that pushed me toward educational leadership. I want to be a place of safety and support for teachers to support growth and high levels of achievement. 

What attracted you to UNI and the College of Education? 
As a UNI alum, I love the campus and my experience here. Combine that with my passion for supporting teachers in their profession, this was the perfect fit for me!
