The learning that I experienced during the School Library Studies program was incredible!  I definitely 'didn't know what I didn't know' when I began this process, and there were times during the process that I questioned my sanity, things didn't make sense and I struggled.  However, I discovered that the more I learned through my classes, the more everything made more sense! 

The program was like a puzzle without a picture.  I started out placing the border/edge pieces (what I knew about education, kids, learning and reading) and was sometimes mislead by my own preconceived assumptions or confused by how things connected, but I kept putting pieces in where they fit and where Dr. Taylor and Dr. Krueger told me to put them, and eventually, everything fit together perfectly!
