What drove your interest in your discipline? Being a lifelong learner myself inspired me to pursue a career as a teacher!

What attracted you to UNI and the College of Education? The fact UNI is renowned for its excellent teaching and the wonderful opportunities for students attending this institution. I also am excited about the many resources and supports for research, and look forward to collaborating with colleagues. Things like the IRTS Lab, Rod Library, Center for Teaching Excellence, research and grant support, and the New Faculty Colloquium demonstrate the institution's commitment to the success of its faculty and positions the Institution as an innovator.
