Student Literacy Association (SLA)

The UNI Student Literacy Association (SLA) is a dynamic group of pre-service educators interested in literacy and service-related activities. This organization provides its members with opportunities to hear speakers, attend literacy conferences, build personal libraries, and participate in literacy service projects.

Each year SLA also awards multiple scholarships to members to help defray costs during student teaching semesters.
